Law students giving Edmonton’s ventures free legal information.

We’re building bridges between law and innovators.

  • Law students are eager to apply what they learn in the classroom.

We are staffed by volunteer law students at the University of Alberta who are supervised by licensed lawyers.

  • Young startups need affordable legal information.

Without the right legal information, companies risk running into problems. With a staff of volunteers, we are able to offer legal information for free.

How we’re building these bridges.

Our team of volunteer law students and lawyers are helping develop Edmonton’s business ecosystem by helping local ventures avoid legal problems in the future and training future lawyers through increased exposure to the entrepreneurial world.

The services we provide focus on the legal problems that young ventures face, ranging from incorporation to employment contracts.

Does your venture need legal help? If yes, please reach out and send us your questions. We will be happy to explore ways that we can help.

However, please note that because we are not a law firm, there will be limits on the kinds of services that we can provide.
